Hugues and Lori created Spoke N Wheelz because they wanted to share their passion for the world of bicycles and cycling. They decided to do this by creating designs to wear and share in your home. The designs are inspired by cycling experiences, travels and even the history of cycling and bicycles. They have recently added a collection of vintage car, motorcycles and airplane designs- all derived from their passions.
Spoke N Wheelz offers our designs on quality camp shirts for men, t-shirts for both men and women, caps, coasters and a collection of kitchen towels. Everything is created in their studio in Northern Arizona-from designing, to the printing and embroidery. Quality control and customer service are paramount.
Hugues has many years of cycling experience-mountain and road; leading & organizing group rides and riding in events from the El Tour de Tucson to the Solvang Century. His design and textile history ranges from having created a line of cycling shorts and jerseys to designing and printing fabrics for various clothing companies. Years of the hustle and bustle of California led him to Arizona to ride his bike and design in his own studio. His love of cars began when he was a valet in Hollywood in the 70's and continues to this day!
Lori is more of a newbie at road and mountain biking. Learning more about the nuances of cycling each day, she enjoys the challenge & beauty of a mountain bike ride and the freedom & grace of a road ride. Besides cycling, her love is travel, cooking and meeting wonderful people at car shows and bicycle events.
